Barbara "Jake" Carter lives in Greeneville TN, and
works exclusively in watercolor. She is a member of the Tn WS,
Watauga Valley Art League and the Kingsport Art Guild. She has
taken classes in Greenwich, CT, Winston-Salem NC, and Hickory
NC. Currently she studies with Jonson City area artist Urban
Bird.
